International workshop - Lisbon, Portugal, 14/15 February 2005

This will be a meeting of Free Software experts, government specialists and decision makers, having as goals the creation of linkages between them and the definition of strategies for:

• using Free Software in research, learning and incubators;
• building local Free Software capacity and capability;
• sharing Free Software resources among governmental institutions;
• preparing a directory of specialists and relevant products.
